Looking Ahead: The Future Health Care Workforce in Louisiana

What does the future hold for Louisiana’s professional health care workforce?  The Forum attempts to answer that question at its Spring Summit on Tuesday, June 12, 2012, at the Baton Rouge Marriott, beginning at 7:30 a.m.

Looking Ahead: The Future Health Care Workforce in Louisiana will feature Mike Magee, MD, as keynote speaker.  Dr. Magee is widely recognized as a visionary leader of the home-centered health care movement.  Other speakers who will share their expertise with Summit attendees include: Dr. Ben Sachs, MB, BS, DPH (Tulane University); Perry Rigby, MD (LSU School of Medicine); Cynthia Bienemy, PhD, RN (Louisiana State Board of Nursing); Robert Baye, PA (LSU Health Sciences School of Allied Health); and Karen Zoeller (Louisiana Hospital Association).  The event is designed for health care providers and payers, employers and the general public.
