Cindy Munn, MHA
Cindy Munn, MHA, has more than 25 years of experience in health care leadership and operations management. She currently serves as Executive Director of the Louisiana Health Care Quality Forum, leading professional staff and managing daily operations while supporting health care improvement initiatives such as medical home development, quality measurement, clinical quality improvement, and outreach and education. In addition, Ms. Munn oversees health information technology and exchange planning as well as implementation and technical assistance programming. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in medical technology from Louisiana State University and a Master of Science degree in health administration from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Ill.

Brenda Ikerd serves as Director of Health Information Technology/Health Information Exchange (HIT/HIE) for the Louisiana Health Care Quality Forum. In this role, she is responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing the health information technology and exchange initiatives statewide.

Marcia Blanchard serves as the Director of Service Line Development and Education for the Quality Forum. In this role, she facilitates the collaborative planning, development, implementation and evaluation of key initiatives and strategies pertaining to Patient-Centered Medical Home, Quality Measurement and Clinical Quality Improvement programs.

Linda Morgan
As Marketing & Communications Director, Linda Morgan develops, implements and evaluates strategies that define and support the Quality Forum's mission and vision. She is responsible for branding and positioning the organization and ensuring that it is viewed as the leader for driving improvement in health and health care in Louisiana.
